We are pleased to announce that the Miss Chicago Scholarship Organization has appointed Carsyn Whisenant as our 2019 Miss Windy City's Outstanding Teen and Grace Voiles as our 2019 Miss Gold Coast's Outstanding Teen.
Carsyn and Grace have each been a part of the Miss Chicago family for many years and we can't wait to see them compete for Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen.
